Organic Harvest Calendar

We nurture and grow our NOFA-NY Certified Organic produce from seed, both in our greenhouses and in our fields. This harvest calendar will provide you with a general timetable as to when you can expect to find our fresh organic produce.
Monthly availability for each crop:

- Arugula: Available year-round (January through December)
- Asparagus: Available May through June
- Basil: Available April through December
- Beet: Available May through December
- Broccoli: Available April through June, and October
- Broccoli Rabe: Available April through June
- Brussels Sprouts: Available August through December
- Cabbage: Available July through December
- Carrots: Available May through December
- Cauliflower: Available June through July
